David Mulhall BSc is a leading expert in the field of neuro-physiological development and has created his own unique treatment, the Mulhall Integration Programme, to clear Retained Reflex Syndrome and to eradicate learning difficulties, emotional problems and other disorders resulting from neuro-developmental delay. 

Born to British parents in Argentina, David Mulhall returned to Britain at the age of 16 to complete his education and pursue a career first in the City and then in Reuters. His lifelong interest in progressive medicine, along with a growing realisation that certain people, though intelligent and skilled, did not fare well in a classic academic or management structure, led him to change course to explore the potential causes and treatments for learning difficulties and associated disorders.

David trained with Peter Blythe, at the Institute for Neuro-Physiological Psychology (INPP), Chester, and with Steve Clarke at the Centre for Developmental Learning Difficulties. He also trained with Dr Kjeld Johansen of Denmark, a pioneer in neuro-acoustic problems, and in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

He is an organisational member of the British Dyslexia Association.
