Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
A technique developed by Gary Craig in the USA, EFT deconstructs the emotional impact of past events that have come about because we have RRS (which makes us emotionally hypersensitive and more likely to be traumatised by incidents in our past, however trivial they may seem to the outsider or to your adult self). Craig maintains that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. By tapping certain meridian points on your body with the fingertips, you release the negative emotion and the problem instantly clears. What is more, because our physical health is so strongly linked to our emotions, EFT can also eliminate physical pains and diseases.
I have seen the remarkable, instant results of EFT with my own clients. I use this technique where I feel it can help to clear phobias and negative thought patterns that are blocking individuals from moving on and achieving their full potential. At the same time, Neu-Stim works to clear the retained reflexes that have made us hypersensitive, so that we break the cycle of negativity. I incorporate EFT sessions within the regular MIP Progress Reviews unless an individual’s problems need special attention and a separate longer appointment. EFT can work successfully with both adults and children.
SoundSense
We find that many of our clients suffer from mild aural under-development, which may not manifest as hearing problems, glue ear or dyslexia, but nevertheless impacts on their achievement levels and sense of self in the world. This can be corrected through retraining the ear by listening to neuro-acoustic sound. SoundSense music is unique and more dynamic and effective than the many generic CDs available elsewhere. It has been carefully composed and recorded so that the listener derives maximum benefit in the shortest time. Each CD is individually tailored to meet the needs of the listener depending on the nature and extent of the problem. You will need a good-quality CD player and headphones (cheaper players and MP3 players are no good, unfortunately, as the quality and accuracy of the CD is lost). I can advise on the most suitable equipment. Clients should listen to the CD every day for 10 minutes, for 6-8 months.
MIP neural stimulator
This gold-plated metal device has been designed both for ease of use and for maximum effect in stimulating the nerve endings, allowing reflexes to become activated and finally to fall away. Although I also provide simple plastic paintbrushes for some reflex stimulation, I recommend the neural stimulator particularly for use on the four major spinal reflexes, with more reliable and rapid results.
The Initial Consultation costs £85. Subsequent costs will vary according to the individual. Please call if you would like to discuss further.
