He also trained with Dr Kjeld Johansen of Denmark, a pioneer in neuro-acoustic problems.
David Mulhall is a leading expert in the field of neuro-physiological development and specialises in eradicating learning difficulties across the spectrum of developmental delay.

"I’m his greatest fan. I am convinced that my son is only able to cope because of this. These days he’s in the main choir, plays the guitar but never showed any interest in music previously. And he’s expressed an interest in playing the piano. Quite extraordinary! This is a child who I would ask to go upstairs to get his pencil case and homework. 15 minutes later I would go upstairs and find him playing in his bedroom and he couldn’t remember what I had said. Then of course I would blame him, but it’s not his fault. He is now being streamed and is in the top stream for Maths, English, French and Latin. And indeed, in his end of school exams, I think he was in the top third of the Year and top of the Year in English"
